PoL Strategy Vaults

Proof of Liquidity Strategy Vaults are general purpose vaults specially designed to abstract Berachain’s Proof of Liquidity and deliver value to users in a simple and automated manner. They work by pooling liquidity from multiple users and automating the proof of liquidity lifecycle and rewards distribution. Each vault is deployed with it’s own unique strategy and they all revolve around using BGT emissions to maximize value to stakeholders.

Architecture

The architecture of the PoL Strategy Vaults is designed to be modular and flexible, allowing for easy integration with different DeFi protocols and use cases. When deployed each vault deploy it’s own Reward Vault, all $BGT rewards are minted as $LBGT and sent to the Strategy Module. Each module will execute a pre programmed strategy that will loopback into value to stakeholders, a simple example is compounding rewards for stakers, but more complex strategies can be implemented.

BribeBack & Autocompound

This strategy is designed to generate a perpetual incentives flywheel by using part of the rewards generated by the vault to incentivize emissions to itself. The remainder rewards are used to acquire more assets from the market to compound into the vault.
